1. Account Registration and Responsibility

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for a Merchant account. You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account credentials. Any fraudulent activity or attempt to bypass our automated routing systems will result in immediate account termination.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

Our platform is designed to facilitate payments for legitimate online businesses, including Color Trading, Slots, 3 Patti games, and online investments. You agree not to use our gateway for anything that violates local cyber laws or involves illegal narcotics, weapons, or terrorism funding.

3. Funds and Settlements

We process transactions dynamically using third-party channels (Easypaisa, Jazzcash, UPI). While we strive for instant settlements in USDT or local fiat, occasionally network congestion may delay settlements. We are not liable for external bank downtimes.

4. API Usage and Rate Limits

Your use of our API is subject to fair usage. Automated scraping or abusive repetitive requests targeting our API endpoints without valid HMAC-SHA256 signatures will trigger our WAF (Web Application Firewall) and temporarily ban your IP.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we detect suspicious patterns, unusually high chargeback rates, or clear violations of these Terms of Service.

Your privacy is of utmost importance to RozPay. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data and the data of your end-users.

1. Information We Collect

We collect essential merchant registration details (email, telegram handles) and transactional data required to process payments (amounts, currencies, routing logs, IP addresses).

2. How We Use Your Information

The data collected is strictly used to process payments, mitigate fraud, and handle customer support requests. We analyze routing success rates to improve our internal gateway selection algorithm dynamically.

3. Data Protection and Sharing

We do not sell your data to third-party marketers. Transaction details are securely transmitted to the respective banking nodes (Easypaisa, Jazzcash, UPI) purely for the purpose of completing the transaction. All data at rest is encrypted.

4. End-User Anonymity

We respect the privacy of the players and investors using your platforms. We only process the exact fields required by banking gateways (like phone numbers) and do not build marketing profiles on your customers.

RozPay is engineered with bank-grade security at its core. We employ multiple layers of defense to protect your funds and data.

1. HMAC-SHA256 Cryptographic Signatures

Every single API request and Webhook payload is cryptographically signed using a unique secret key. This makes Man-in-the-Middle (MITM) attacks and payload tampering mathematically impossible.

2. IP Whitelisting Framework

Merchants can explicitly whitelist their server IP addresses in the dashboard. Any API request originating from a non-whitelisted IP is immediately dropped at the network edge before it even reaches our application layer.

3. Distributed Anti-DDoS

Our infrastructure sits behind advanced Web Application Firewalls (WAF) that actively filter out malicious traffic, SQL injection attempts, and volumetric DDoS attacks ensuring 99.99% uptime.

4. Ephemeral Payment Links

Checkout URLs generated by our system are temporary and cryptographically bound to specific order IDs. They expire automatically, preventing replay attacks and double-spending attempts.
